Watching a good sappy love story together can put you in
the mood for romance
Romantic movies have a way of becoming sizzling bedroom
sessions. It's hard for a woman to watch a romantic
movie with a happy ending and not want some quality
bedroom time afterwards. Romantic films and movies bring
out the vulnerable and romance hungry monster in all of
us, and if a man can learn how to encourage this he'll
be singing praises to the romance writer and romantic
movie director for the rest of his life.
The next time that your evening out turns into an
evening at home, try finding a romantic love story on
cable, or renting a romance video from your local video
store. Then grab a big warm blanket and snuggle up
together to watch it. There is one tip that you must
adhere to, and I'm looking right at you when I say this
men. Don't roll your eyes or make fun of the movie,
sappy moments in that movie, or any emotional responses
the film might draw from your partner!
If you do anything that makes her feel ashamed of her
tender feelings, you're romantic evening may very
quickly turn into a cold night on the couch alone. A
woman has a capacity for great emotion, which she needs
to be able to express. Many women have learned to hide
or disguise their emotional response to romantic movies
just because of the negative response that men display
to them. They are embarrassed and ashamed of being the
tender, gentle creatures that they were born to be. Do
you WANT to be married to a woman that chews nails and
spits all over YOUR feelings? I didn't think so.
Now here's a romance secret that will make you a hero in
her eyes, and reward you big time in the bedroom. Most
men don't realize that for the small sacrifice of
sitting through a sappy romance, and holding her
tenderly during the emotional portions, they'll be
earning not only her undying love and devotion, but an
eagerness to express that passion in the bedroom in ways
that you may not have even considered possible. If she's
not afraid of you ridiculing her, she'll feel more
confident about expressing herself in your love making.
You just have to prove to her that you're worthy of that
trust.
Unfortunately what men usually end up doing is making
fun of the movie, or refusing to go see it, thus leaving
their unhappy woman with the feeling that they are only
interested in sex and not in romance, and making her
feel 'used' in the bedroom rather than 'romanced'.
She'll withdraw more and more into herself, and will
eventually stop trusting her emotions with you at all.
I'm not telling you that you have to watch every sappy
romance that comes out on video, but if she seems to
show special interest in one every now and then, make an
effort to surprise her with it and you'll be pleasantly
rewarded! If you want to make it an especially memorable
evening, don't tell her what you have planned. Just rent
the movie, bring it home, maybe have a candlelight
dinner with romantic music in the background, and when
she starts wondering what you have up your sleeve, show
her the video. Just try it, and see what I mean! |
